Ordering Policies

SHIPPING:

Thank you for shopping with us. Please note that the actual shipping charges are based upon weight, size and distance involved in shipping your order.

RETURNS:

If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return some or all of your merchandise to Bernideen's all shipping and insurance costs will be paid by the purchaser. Exchanges and refunds must be made within 10 days of the receipt of the item(s). Prior authorization is needed to return an item. Please contact us to make arrangements.

Please be sure to re-pack the merchandise as is arrived for safe return to Bernideen's. Merchandise must be new, unused and in good condition. Bath and body items can not be returned.

If the item was damaged by the carrier a claim must be filed with the carrier. Please keep all inner packing intact for inspection if their is breakage! Notify us immediately if this is the situation. Leave the package as you received it for proof of damage.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be credited back to the buyers same credit card used for the original purchase. In the case of money order, a refund check will be issued within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
